It's Q time!!
Q for Quality...G-team had one day session of the Q philosophy @ Swiss Garden Resort & Spa on 14/7/12. The session was specifically to design the process flow for each department and at the same to analyze the inter-relation between department based on the basic principle of 6Sigma i.e. Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve & also Control. At the end of the day, G-team was able to understand the uniqueness of each department and how their co-existence helps to fulfill customer's needs as per our slogan - DELIVERING BUSINESS SOLUTION. 

Teambuilding

G-team held our 1st teambuilding session this year on 4/2 @ De Rhu Resort. The session was to analyze the issues that arises between departments, mostly due to miscommunication and subsequently finding the solution. It was a huge success and we definitely understand each other better after the course..

Birthdaysss......

Cakes, foods and birthday wishes filled the air as G-team celebrated birthdays for our 2 top guns, in May and July consecutively. Both dinners celebrated in syles - different in nature but never lost their appeals.. 

1st dinner in a row was for our MD - En Rish on 21/5 - held kat MS Garden, ini kitorang siap pakat ngan his wife, Ms Joyce nak bg surprise. The best part was semua staff berlakon like we ol lupe the date..sori bos..hehe..

2ndly, Birthday of our CEO - Dato' Saha on 11/7 - yg ni buat kt opis je coz memenuhi permintaan nk staf masak sendiri...we have a mouthful dishes to enjoy...ada ayam, ikan, sambal dan sebagainya..definitely the best of malay cuisine...
