Q for Quality...G-team had one day session of the Q philosophy @ Swiss Garden Resort & Spa on 14/7/12. The session was specifically to design the process flow for each department and at the same to analyze the inter-relation between department based on the basic principle of 6Sigma i.e. Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve & also Control. At the end of the day, G-team was able to understand the uniqueness of each department and how their co-existence helps to fulfill customer's needs as per our slogan - DELIVERING BUSINESS SOLUTION.

It's Q time!!
